Blonde hair turned Blue. HELP!?

I dyed my blonde hair bright black yeaterday but parts came out like a navy blue. Would dying it a natural black over top make the Blue go away?? Please help

But If You Wanna Re-Dye It, You Should Strip The Color [Color Removers] And Re-Dye It. If You Dye It All, It Will Be Weird Shades, Because It's Different Shades Now.
