yes rich shimmery brown does the trick, and whatever color other than blue u can c in your eyes (possibly green, aqua, hazel, brown,) thats the color u pick up! try bright natural green, even silvers or greys, i always uz black black black! for mascara, if your face can handle a softer look u can try brown it ma work for u, also bad gal blue from benefit its a navy blue 1 that will supposedly bring out any i color. for liners: if u have icy light bright blues always go jet black if theyr like wolf grey trey silver or sage, if theyre more earthy and dark go for dark brown, and for some drama u could try black on lash line and white on water line
