I have had light hair my whole life!An hour ago i dyed my hair Black!I was bord with just blonde,and my orange brassines!!aND I LOVE IT!i THINK IT is so unique and different for someone to have Black hair and Blue eyes

Why you ask? Because now you have dark hair against your skin so now you will need a brighter blush so your skin doesn't look washed out. I don't your know skintone....but I think you would look nice with a rose color blush, unless you look better in peach tones, then I suggest a pumpkin color.

I have dark blue eyes and black hair but if you love the combination a black/blue hair colour really brings out the colour. I would also recomend using dark eye colours as well as cold make up colours as warming up the skin tone too much can make you look a bit odd. Also a beautifull jewel to wear is sapphire the blue/black of the sapphire really brings out your colouring.
