My hair has never been dyed before, and I'm sure I'll need to bleach it first, so the blue doesn't go green ( I have blonde/dirty blonde hair). I was wondering what the best temporary blue dye is, available at Shoppers, preferably. :)

bleaching first will help the color to show more and the stain to go deeper. Blue dyes are more of a stain than an actual dye. Because of this they will fade no matter what, the things that will affect this are how often you shampoo and how cleansing the shampoo is. Use a shampoo for color treated hair and do it as seldom as you can to slow the fading. (warning when it fades you will have some interesting colors of green) you will find the best dye products as well as (usually) some good advice on which to use at a beauty supply supply store.
