My boyfriend and I are expecting our first child, and we would really like to know if he/she will have red hair.
On my mom's side of the family, there is a redhead in every third generation, which would be mine. However, I take after my Dad's dark-haired side of the family in looks.
My boyfriend's dad has dark red-brown hair, and my boyfriend has sandy blonde hair and blue eyes. His beard, however, has a hint of red in it.
Will my baby be a redhead?

Genetics can skip a generation.
It really depends, there is no actual way to determine that.

it depends on who is more dominant in genes. but if you guys are equally dominant theni think your baby will be a brown haired youngster
