Dying your hair in softball?can you ?

I am planing on putting blue in my hair to make it look cool you know and i want to know if i can i am 12 and my sorftball starts in april when i turn 13...... is it against the rules to dye your hair in softball???????????

This is probably the most horrible answer ever, but I'd just do it and then worry about what the coach says afterwards. Unless you already know who the coach is...than ask him/her first. (as a mother I generally suggest asking before doing, but in this case...would you ask before you dyed your hair blonde? I think not:)

You can always bleach it out or wait until it fades if your coach or the league doesn't like it. You're wearing a softball cap and helmet when your batting aren't you? They may not even notice.

It really depends on the league and the coach. I'd just do it and not make a big deal and wait for someone (if anyone) to complain and worry about it then. It's probably not a big deal.

Seriously though, if you do it now, it will be mostly if not all washed out in a few weeks even before the seqason starts. More power to you!

My girlfriend is a softball player, and if i may say so...a mighty good one.

She says that its not against the rules to dye your hair...you are just not supposed to wear bandanas.

No, your hair can be any color. Just make sure that when you dye your hair you don't cut it to short. Because if you do then you'll have to deal with bands and you'll want to clip them back but you don't be able to. You aren't allowed to wear metal clips in your hair

No, you can dye your hair for softball. I did it for my travel ball team. I dyed it orange and blue.
