I go on GetMakeovers.com. You have to upload a picture of yourself and then trace around the areas where you can change things. I hope this helps!

this has hairstyles, makeup, contacts, etc etc and you can UL your own photo.

also there are programs (but they're kind of old) like cosmopolitan virtual makeover that you might be able to get from eBay or your library or something.
