Any good make over tips for your hair,nails and make up?

ok i am trying to change my looks alot because i want to try and look different. ok i have red hair, greenish blue eyes and im white.does anyone have any tips for how i can give myself a makeover at home without spending a whole lot of money.i do wear make-up and i like to paint my nails but i dont have any good ideas on what kind of make-up to wear.please someone help me on this.

Use a good makeup that is great for your skin, curl your hair, starighten it, whatever mood your in, paint your nails a bright pink, or the color of your outfit, use perfume lotion, fill your purse with like your makeup so its always handy, wear lipgloss, and try using mascara! try giving yourself a facial and a pedi and mani

try putting your hair up in different ways or go and get it cut. experiment with make up, but not the cheap gross kind. then for your nails, get a french or a color that matches your make up.
