Well, I have the same coloring, and I have learned a couple of basics through the years that go a long way. First, always use only black or brown mascara. Stay away from the other shades. Next, only wear it on your top lashes. If your skin is pale, mascara can look harsh on your bottom lash line. If you are looking for foundation, try tinted moisturizer instead of actual foundation. It does basically the same thing, only it will blend into pale skin much better. Next, lighter, yellow-based pinks for eye shadows are great. Stay away from blue-based colors, because if you have very fair skin and light hair, they will make you look tired. Light browns or a very light bronze can also be complimentary. Since you have blue eyes, someone may try to talk you into blue eye shadow. Trust me, and just say NO. I had a friend do my make-up for a wedding, and I looked like I had two black eyes because of blue eyeshadow. For blush, a bright peachy-pink will work for anyone. On your lips, I would stick with sheer gloss instead of regular lipstick. Glosses are cheaper, and if you have pale skin, there won't be the stark contrast of pale skin/dark or severe looking lips. foundation/concealer wise, you should use a colour that matches your skin otherwise your face wont match the rest of your body.

eyeshadows, as my friend is really pale as she is enemic she uses bright colours such as metalic blue, turquise.

You should either focus on your eyes or your lips, which ever you prefer, but not both!

use eye shadow that brings out the blue in your eyes - violet, taupe and silver

use a pinky blusher as you are fair and pencil in your eyebrows a little to give your face definition

for a dramatic night time look you could wear red lipstick and do your eyes with lots of black mascara and eyeliner - or else do the eyes and keep the lips pale - like a twiggy look

use fondation and depending on what shade of blue ur eyes are , put blue eyeshadow on .

if you're talking about eyeshadow then either go for a natural look -- meaning just mascara a bit of eyeliner and a bit of blusher on the cheek bones OR smokey eyes.. dark eyeshadow and all the rest :) good luck

With your blue eyes, DON"T WEAR BLUE EYESHADOW!! people always think that it will bring out their eyes....but it doesn't. Wearing your eye color shadow is the wrong thing to do.

Instead, wear dark colors--grey's, black's, brown's dark purple's....you could even get away with dark navy's.

Like i said though, anything that is a dark shade.

i hav a friend with light blonde hair...she wears very neutral colours.

eyeshadow:baby blue is nice or any light colour, if your a rock chick gray is nice, but don't make it to dark or it makes you look like an alein

Well since you have light blonde hair and blue eyes I would say go for peach colors or a very light pale colored pink.You don't want to look dead or anything.You should even try a light brown and see if that looks good.

I'm not asian but I'am fairer than some of my counterparts....shades of pink/blossom are nice beige, browns or coffee are nice dont use blues or reds you will look like a clown with your pale skin

Hi there im the same to be honest i wear a tinted moisturiser normally an ivory shade as foundation looks awful and a orange/pink blusher and green eyeshadow or pink but they must be pastel colours, oh and a very light shade of either a pink or a tinted orange gloss or lipstick.

Go with earth tones. On eyes, browns and beige's. On your cheeks go with a light peach blush it will give you "touched by the sun" look. And on lips, no dark reds, wines or purple-ish colors. Go for a metallic rusty copper or metallic peach.

This will bring out your best features and not make you look like you put it on with a shovel.

ALSO: I know this is popular in teens nowadays, but for Heavans sake, ditch the black eyeliner. Go with a subtle brown on the top lid, and use a light frosty champagne color under bottom lashes.
