Jet black or blond, if you have a winter skin tone. Choose a color that either contrasts with your eyes.

instead of searching the right colour on websites u should go to a salon n check the colours out for yourself...take sum tips from those ppl as well!

Red hair will bring out your blue eyes more than any other color, but don't go orange-red. I just did mine a dark auburn color, and it makes my blue eyes stand out wonderfully. And it's kind of funky, being reddish brown, but not too funky, like a cherry red would be.
