my skin complection is quite pale, i have very light blonde hair and blue eyes, what colour make up should i use?

First, always use only black or brown mascara. Stay away from the other shades. Next, only wear it on your top lashes. If your skin is pale, mascara can look harsh on your bottom lash line. If you are looking for foundation, try tinted moisturizer instead of actual foundation. It does basically the same thing, only it will blend into pale skin much better. Next, lighter, yellow-based pinks for eye shadows are great. Stay away from blue-based colors, because if you have very fair skin and light hair, they will make you look tired. Light browns or a very light bronze can also be complimentary. Since you have blue eyes, someone may try to talk you into blue eye shadow. Trust me, and just say NO. I had a friend do my make-up for a wedding, and I looked like I had two black eyes because of blue eyeshadow. For blush, a bright peachy-pink will work for anyone. On your lips, I would stick with sheer gloss instead of regular lipstick. Glosses are cheaper, and if you have pale skin, there won't be the stark contrast of pale skin/dark or severe looking lips. eyeshadows, as my friend is really pale as she is enemic she uses bright colours such as metalic blue, turquise.
You should either focus on your eyes or your lips, which ever you prefer, but not both!

Instead, wear dark colors--grey's, black's, brown's dark purple's....you could even get away with dark navy's.
Like i said though, anything that is a dark shade.

On your cheeks go with a light peach blush it will give you "touched by the sun" look. And on lips, no dark reds, wines or purple-ish colors. Go for a metallic rusty copper or metallic peach.
