Dyeing hair......?

For the next school year I want to do something with my hair. I've had plain blonde hair my whole life, %26amp;; pretty much the same straight hair with a side band for 2 years now. My style is sort of scene, emo, punk-ish. I hate labels, %26amp;; just because i'm saying that, i'm not saying that i am those labels. I'm just using them to explain my style. I normally shop at delia's, wet seal, forever 21, hot topic, and pacsun. Maybe that will help explain it also. does anyone have any ideas?

(ps; I've decided I'm definently not dieing it black, it will look terribibly fake, %26amp;; I would like some crazy color in my hair (like, green, blue, pink, orange...)

Huuumm, you would look fake with black hair but not with green, blue, pink?? :P Anywayz.. I personally like the bottom pink and the top blonde. Kinda like this but longer hair.

Pink is awesome. Maybe you can get multicolored streaks. Or you can dye it red or brown and then get colored tips.

do a few different colored thin stripes of some bright colors through your hair. leaving most of it pretty blonde. that would look awesome.

Dark brown with blonde tips gets my vote. Don't dye your hair wild colors if it's not you.

I think some bright color in streaks would be great on you. Before you make them permanent you can try the ones in gel form that are in different colors. I've seen them for sale at Style America and around Halloween at WalMart. They have blue, and other colors that wash out when you shampoo. That will give you a chance to try it and see how you like it first.

I think pink is a great color, but my hairdresser tells me it is hard to keep the color in hair. She is young and it looks great on her. Enjoy!

I think you shouldn't cover all your blonde, but maybe put some light pink streaks in it. I have light blonde hair, I did that once and it looked really good. Or maybe just dye the last 1-2 inches of your hair that color. I used Manic Panic cotton candy pink. And maybe you could try a medium choppy hairstyle with the ends razor cut. I think that would look cool

go to sally's beauty supply store and buy a die called MANIC PANIC

i have naturally dark brown hair - But i dye it blonde, and then i went and bought Manic Panic (they got a array of colors i've used 2 differnt shades of blue, and purple) Purple is my favorite color

then i used my moms dye bowl and brush (u don't have to but it makes it less messy and u can buy those right at sallys as well) and i scooped some out and used the brush to put "highlights" through my hair and it looked really good and i was 28 yrs old when i was doing it :-)

the dye doesnt cost much, i bought the ones in the jars, they have tubes, and sprays as well and they've also got a website

I have been dying my hair blonde for years but when i first put on the blues and purple on my natural brown hair it didnt show up well at all, so i went back to dying it blonde and i did it all in the same day i didnt wait i dyed it blonde, and let it dry and then put the manic panic on

u seem really into the 'scene' but please...oh god please trust me...you WILL regret it if u dye ur hair crazy colors and have weird styles...ive gone through this, scenes change fast so just stick to UR OWN STYLE and make ur own scene!!!

well it would depend a lot on your skin color too. if you're really light you would probably look awesome with red hair! Or like a strawberry blonde if you're not sure about red (it's harder to take care of) If your not like completely white (like kinda tanned) any shade of brown would be cool. Crazy colors can be used as highlights, I wouldn't recommend using it as an all over color but it's up to you.
