Go to Ulta and in the hair section they have Easylite clip in highlights and get it in blueberry for like $8.00. you can take it out really easily when you get sick of it, and you can style it like you hair(flat or curling iron). But if you dont take it out at night it makes your head hurt(I have a blonde one.)

you could go to the pharmacy and get a bottle of hair dye and do it yourself. hair dye isnt very expensive, less than 鎷?0. (if i were you though, id get a semi-permenant one, just in case you change your mind or it doesnt look very good)
follow the instructions on the bottle, but if you only want to put one streak in, id put the strand on a square of tin foil, (like you see in salons) so it doesnt get on the rest of your hair. fold the tin foil over the strand of hair until the time it takes to work (which is on the box) is up.
voila, a beutiful coloured streak in your hair.
